As part of the St Albans Hospitality Group, you'll be joining a collection of Brisbane's leading hospitality venues, including Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster and Sunshine. We're looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team on a casual basis. If you're passionate about premium hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role
n
As a Section Waiter, you'll take ownership of your section, delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You'll work alongside a passionate team in a quick-paced, premium restaurant where exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service within your own section.
n
Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
n
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our food, wine and beverage offerings.
n




Work closely with the management team to deliver seamless service.
n
Support and mentor junior team members when required.
n
Maintain exceptional presentation and attention to detail.
n
Ensure service standards are consistently delivered throughout every shift.
n
Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused culture.
n
About You
n
You'll bring:

Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant.
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge.
n
A warm, professional and engaging personality.
n
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
A current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
n
