Nexta Homes is seeking an experiencedResidential Construction Site Supervisorto manage and coordinate residential construction projects across Adelaide.
Key requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential construction supervision in Australia
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent trade coordination and communication skills
Current valid Driver's Licence.
Robust commitment to quality, safety and project timelines
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage residential construction sites fromsite commencement through to practical completion.
Coordinate and managetrades, subcontractors, suppliers and site deliveriesto ensure construction progresses according to the project schedule.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance withapproved plans, specifications, building codes, Australian Standards and company requirements.
Monitorquality of workmanship,



identify defects and coordinate timely rectification.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintainsite safety, cleanliness and WHS compliance.
Coordinate requiredcouncil, private certifier and consultant inspectionsthroughout the construction process.
Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Read and interpretarchitectural, structural and engineering drawings, specifications and construction details.
Maintain accuratesite records, progress reports, checklists and construction documentation.
Communicate effectively withproject managers, trades, consultants and suppliers.
Manage variations, site issues and construction queries in consultation with the Project Manager.
Coordinatedefects, final inspections and handoverto ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
