RKL Lawyers & Consultants is seeking a motivated and personable Lawyer with experience across commercial, property and/or estates law, with a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to broaden their experience across a diverse range of matters while working closely with clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers hands-on responsibility, autonomy over files and exposure to commercial, property, wills and estates,and general practice matters.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Draft, review and advise on commercial and retail leases, including negotiations,



renewals and variations
n
Assist with business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and other commercial transactions
n
Prepare wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents
n
Assist with estate administration and probate matters
n
Work on general commercial disputes, debt recovery and litigation matters
n
Maintain carriage of files from commencement through to completion
n
Liaise effectively with clients, agents, barristers and other stakeholders
n
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in commercial, property and/or estate's law
n
Experience in wills and estates, conveyancing and litigation matters will be highly regarded
n
Strong drafting, file management and organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
