This Role is All About the Bar

Lead and develop the bar team while fostering a positive, supportive culture
n
Own bar operations including ordering, stocktake, and maintaining high safety standards
n
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our updated drinks on the cocktail menu!

Engage with guests to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere every shift

About You
n

Leadership experience in a bar is highly regarded (strong bar experience also welcome)
n
Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
n
Thrive in fast‐paced environments and love juggling multiple priorities
n
Passionate about beverages, trends, and delivering great service
n
Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
n
