The Role
n
n
Engage with key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions across complex projects
n
Project manage and supervise a wide range of insurance repairs including the potential for Major Loss and Commercial building reinstatement works from make protected through to completion
n
Actively updating progress on our internal job management system
n
Proactively carrying out advance scheduling, managing forecasted work activities and ensuring project completion is within set budgets and timelines
n
Project managing trade workflow, quality and timeframes, including routine and mandatory site inspections
n
Managing client expectations, providing periodic updates,



with a focus on ensuring an overall positive customer experience
n
Maintaining all necessary WHSE site audits, risk assessments and carrying out risk mitigation procedures
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Prior building supervision experience in the insurance building field required
n
Major Loss and Commercial building work (insurance building) advantageous
n
Experience in commercial, residential and strata construction
n
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
n
Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
n
Effective communication skills and ability to multitask and problem solve
n
High level of customer service focus with outstanding relationship management skills
n
Commitment to safety with a knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures
n
n
Ideally you will have
n
n
Minimum of 2 years working as a supervisor in the Insurance Building field with proven experience managing multiple projects
n
A trade, preferably
carpentrybackground
will be highly regarded
n
Strong understanding and knowledge of Insurance and Australian Building Codes.
n
Hold a Construction White Card
n
Good computer literacy including Excel and Outlook (Prime ecosystem knowledge highly regarded)
n
Have a valid driver's licence
n
Have a current working with children check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
n
