They're now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a $90M, 2 tower Senior living project with Stage 2 already secured and additional projects already progressing through the pipeline.

About You
n
We're keen to speak with Project Managers who have:
n

Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments valued at $50M+
n
Strong commercial, programming and project delivery capability
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
A cooperative leadership style and someone who genuinely values culture, teamwork and long-term relationships
