Protech are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fittersto perform work with one of our leading local clients.
n This position is a long term opportunity, based in a precast concreting yard
n
Must be a Darwin resident
n
ABOUT THE ROLE
n
n
Monday to Friday
n
Up to 50 hours per week available
n
Penalties applied
n
Long term opportunity
n
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Maintenance, servicing and repair of plant and equipment
n
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out breakdown repairs
n
Mechanical installation of moving parts and machinery
n
Fabrication of steel moulds
n
Welding and structural steel work, including fabrication and repairs
n
Repair and maintenance of damaged or distorted steel moulds and formwork
n
n
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
n
Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
n
Similar experience working in heavy industry
n




Own transport and driver's licence
n
Must pass drug and alcohol test and pre employment medical
n
