Rate: $550-$750 per day + Super (PAYG) | $550-$750 per day (ABN)

An opportunity for a Business Project Manager to support the delivery of a business process improvement project currently in the discovery phase.
n
This role would suit a Business Analyst who has transitioned into Project Management or a Senior Project Coordinator ready to step into a Project Manager role.
n
This is a business-focused rather than technical IT project role, working closely with SMEs and an external delivery partner across requirements, UAT, governance and implementation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate project delivery from discovery through to implementation.
n
Engage with SMEs to gather and clarify business requirements.
n
Coordinate workshops and stakeholder activities.
n
Support business requirements and BRD sign-off.
n
Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
n




Maintain project plans, milestones and deliverables.
n
Manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
n
Prepare project status reports and governance documentation.
n
Coordinate with the external delivery partner.
n
Support additional business projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

Key Requirements
n
n
Business Project Management, Business Analysis or Senior Project Coordination experience.
n
Experience delivering business process improvement or transformation projects.
n
Robust stakeholder and SME engagement skills.
n
UAT planning and coordination experience.
n
Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience.
n
Experience with project governance, risk and issue management and status reporting.
n
Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
Finance operations, payments, invoicing, accounts payable or procurement exposure is advantageous but not essential.
