All products are baked freshly from scratch, daily on the premises.
You will be a team player with the ability to handle any task that comes your way and have a strong work ethic.
Amongst other things, the role will include:
Following workplace Food Safety & OH&S; regulations
Producing, processing and baking a range of bread products
Cleaning as you go and particular detailed cleaning tasks every day
Listen to and follow direction




Available to work on a rotating roster, early hours and weekend shifts
Work well in a team environment.
Your main duties include but not limited to:
Producing basic bread products
Mixing Moulding doughs
Assisting in product preparation and baking
Oven work
Providing delightful customer service when required
Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
The ideal candidate will:
Have a passion for the baking industry
Be punctual & reliable
Keen to learn all aspects of the trade
