The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and the management & continuous improvement of our client's hose & asset integrity management programs.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives on being proactive for our customers all while providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage key hose management contract accounts




Develop and review hose specifications and datasheets
Maintain and update client asset registers in both Excel and our cloud based bespoke hose register software
Proactive management of hose and related assets, including planning scheduled maintenance
Report on audit findings and provide recommendations
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutions
Adhere to HSE standards and quality control procedures
Support and promote HoseCo's values
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work closely with others in a team workplace, as well as autonomously when required
Willing to adapt to changing business requirements
Our ideal candidate will have;
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Previous experience in an asset maintenance related role
Mechanical or related engineering degree preferable
Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essential
The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
