About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Induction & Training Administrator to join the team at HILLS TANKERS in Beresfield NSW.
This is a full-time position that will play a key role in coordinating the company's induction and training programs.
What you'll be doing
Managing and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificates
Planning ahead so that Employees Trainings, Medicals and Inductions are completed before expiring
Onboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down time
Managing phone and email enquiries from internal and external clients
Scheduling and facilitating ongoing training sessions for employees
Tracking training attendance and completion
Providing administrative support for the training function
Ensuring all training records and documentation are accurately maintained
Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training program
What we're looking for
Strong ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
Strong analysis and problem solving ability with attention to detail
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Highly motivated and proactive
High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel,



Outlook etc.
Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, Damstra etc
Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role will be considered
