We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Estimator to join us.

Role Overview
n
GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our growing team, specialising in large-scale residential landscape construction projects, with future opportunities to be involved in bespoke commercial works.
n
This is a key office-based role suited to an estimator who enjoys working through detailed documentation, producing accurate costings, and contributing directly to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and detailed take-offs for large-scale landscape construction projects
n
Review and analyse construction drawings, scope documents, and specifications
n
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and lead times
n
Create back-costing reports and assist with tracking job performance against budgets
n




Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to support successful project outcomes
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Proven experience in an estimating role within landscaping or construction
n
Strong ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation
n
High level of proficiency in Excel
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
CAD experience
n
Experience pricing large-scale residential or commercial projects
n
Understanding of construction sequencing and site processes
n
n
