About the Role
n
We're looking for a reliable, practical, and detail‐driven Sign Installer to help bring our signage to life across Melbourne. You'll be installing everything from trading hours decals to large‐scale outdoor signs — making businesses look great and making sure the world can actually find them.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Installing signs on buildings, walls, windows, poles, and anywhere else signs need to live
n
Measuring twice (and sometimes three or four times) before drilling once
n
Operating tools, ladders,



and elevated work platforms safely and confidently
n
Ensuring every sign is straight, secure, and looks fantastic
n
Working with a great team that takes lunch stops seriously
n
Travelling to various job sites across Melbourne and surrounding areas
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Handy with tools (or genuinely eager to learn)
n
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all conditions
n
Strong attention to detail — crooked signs are the enemy
n
A current Australian driver's licence (essential)
n
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
n
n
Bonus Points If You...
n
n
Have experience installing signage, or a background in construction or trade work
n
Are experienced with power tools and/or access equipment (e.g. EWP licence)
n
Can say "yep, that's level" with absolute confidence
n
Know the best coffee spot in every suburb
n
