n You will play a
pivotalrolecoordinating
operations,financeand
research support within a renowned language testingcentre. You will collaborate closely with academic leaders,
industrypartnersand
professional colleagues to enable successful projects and grants. You will enjoy a flexible part-time role that builds deepexpertisein university research administration.
n
What you will deliver:
n
Provideexpert advice on policies,
budgets,contractsand
compliance,
ensuringcentreactivities
meet University requirements.
n
Manage LTRC finances, including monitoring transactions,
reconciliations,invoicingand
regular reporting to Centre Directors.
n
Coordinate procurement, contractor engagement and grant and contract submissions, liaising with legal and external partners.
n
Support researchers with competitive grant applications, budget acquittals,
progressreportingand
research output data management.
n
Oversee event administration, advisory board support,
websiteupdatesand continuous improvement
ofcentreoperations.
n
Maintain databases and website content with accuracy, and use systems to track
grants,publicationsand
contracts.
n
Support grant
applications,contractsand
variations, working confidently with institutional compliance and reporting requirements.
n
You may be a great fitifyou:
n
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of training and specialist
administrativeexpertise.
n
Demonstrate strong budgeting skills, including coordinating
budgets,monitoringexpenditureand
preparingaccuratefinancial
reports.
n
Bring experience preparing research and financial reports against performance targets within complex, multi-project environments.
n
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior
academics,researchersand
industry partners, in a collegial manner.
n
