What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
n
A genuine passion for food and a desire to continue developing your skills
n
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
n
Solid time management and organisational skills
n
High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
n
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
n
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
n
Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute to the wider kitchen team
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
n
What you'll be doing
n
Assist with the day-to-day operation of your section
n
Prepare and cook quality dishes to a consistently high standard
n




Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards
n
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
n
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
n
Continue developing your culinary skills and knowledge
