The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional General Manager and covering the Greater Sydney Area, you'll lead the operational performance of a portfolio of Care Communities. You'll coach and empower General Managers, cultivate strong culture, drive clinical and commercial outcomes, and ensure our residents receive consistently high‐quality care.
