n The Harvey Norman Osborne ParkBedding Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Bedding Floor Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
n
As a Floor Manager you have an understanding of retail sales, keeping high display standards, working with and motivating a team and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
n

What we require:
n

Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n
A high level of Bedding product knowledge to support customer queries
n
Experience in retail management is a plus but not essential for the right applicant looking to step up
n
Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and engaging an enthusiastic team
n
Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n




Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n
Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n
Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
n
. Able to assist with some heavy lifting, moving and building of bedroom furniture items as required on floor
n
