About the Prospect: We are looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Yakimono and deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue
n
Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
Adaptable and able to multi-task
n
Time management skills
n
Attention to detail
n




Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
n
Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
n
