About the role

ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support the team and residents at our Yutjuwala Djiwarr Flexible Aged Care facility located in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.
n
This role will see you providing clinical care to our residents whilst also providing team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers to achieve people focused quality care in-line with our ARRCS mission and values.
n
This is a residential position and would require you to relocate and reside in Nhulunbuy located in East Arnhem Lands, Northern Territory.
n

ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. Our package includes:
n
n
Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 ranging from $***** - $***** / hour gross base per hour dependent on experience ($101,300 - $106,400 PA).
n
$20,000 bonus for your first 12 consecutive months of employment– Paid in 2 x $10,000 payments commencing the completion of 6-month probation.
n
Minimum of 12 months prior experience as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus.
n

Skills and experience required:
n
To be considered for this role, we do require evidence of the following:
n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
n
Minimum of 12-months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the Aged Care industry.
n
Full working rights to work in Australia.
n
Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
n
Knowledge of policy review and implementation for clinical governance.
n
Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills as well as skills in automated technology.
n
Must have a current Flu Vaccination, Immunization History, National Police Check, First Aid Certificate with CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check and NT Drivers' License or a willingness to obtain all the above prior to commencing.
