## SITE MANAGER - ALICE SPRINGS
### About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced **Site Manager** to take full ownership of a major commercial construction project in Alice Springs, from mobilisation through to handover.
You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, programme, safety and quality on a **$35M commercial build**.
You will be well supported and work as part of a broader project delivery team, rather than working in isolation.
This role is suited to someone who is confident taking ownership, making decisions and running a site independently.
### About You
Proven delivery experience on commercial construction projects.
Comfortable managing builds up to $35M in value.
Strong delivery discipline and calm leadership under pressure.




Ability to take ownership of complex builds with tight timeframes.
Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs.
