The Business Genus Fleet Management Services forms part of the GenusPlus Group, a rapidly growing ASX listed company.
The Genus Fleet workshop is based in Kenwick and is supported by many smaller depots around the state as well as nationwide.
The Role Genus Fleet Management are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter & Storeperson to join their team at Kenwick, WA.
Reporting directly to the Fleet & Workshop Manager, the Parts Interpreter & Storeperson's role is to source, manage and maintain the stores & inventory for a fleet of 800+ heavy vehicles, plant, and equipment.
Daily duties include:
Identify and source required parts and provide advice regarding specifications, including make, model and variations.
Liaise with the workshop team to ensure minimum levels of materials and consumable are kept.
Monitor availability repair parts and consumables; assisting with returns as required.
Maintain delivery dockets and complete goods received advice as required.
Development and maintenance of asset, external hire, material, and consumable registers, capturing incoming and outgoing goods and service history.
Liaise with purchasing and account departments on approved suppliers, PO requests and goods received as required.
Essential Skills / Qualifications & Experience Sound knowledge of mechanical parts interpretation for LV, HV vehicles and plant.




Previous experience in procurement, stores and/or inventory management.
Valid Australian Drivers License.
Forklift License (essential) or obtainable.
Strong computer and administrative skills including invoicing, purchase order creation, inventory receipting, and parts procurement as required.
Efficient time management.
Ability to work well under pressure.
The ability to work unsupervised.
Punctual and reliable.
