Supporting our dealerships is our Perth Motor Bodies operation, which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication workshop, paint shop, and corporate office, all working together to provide high-quality vehicle fit outs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Selling new and used vehicles to a variety of customers
Gaining business from both current and existing customers
Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




Monitoring sales revenue, margins, and expense performance
Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
Assisting customers throughout the vehicle selection and purchase process
Providing top-level customer service at all stages of the sales cycle
Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
Offering cost-benefit analyses for customers to help them make informed decisions
Going above and beyond to identify and exceed customers' needs through in-depth advice and service
What We're Looking For:
Previous dealership experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applicants with a strong sales background
Ideally, experience with Revolution/Tune dealer management system (not essential)
Outstanding customer service and exceptional communication skills
The ability to achieve sales targets and profile customer needs
Vehicle Sales Licence is desirable
Current valid driver's licence
A strong sales background in any retail industry is welcome
