Approximately ***** hours per week.South Launceston Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Receptionist or Chiropractic/Allied Health Assistant to join our clinic.This role is best suited to a mature, reliable skilled with proven experience in a similar medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or allied health reception role.We are not seeking entry-level applicants.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging patient reception in person and over the phoneScheduling and coordinating appointments using practice management softwareProcessing payments and maintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the chiropractor with daily clinic operationsMaintaining a professional and organised front desk environmentLiaising with off-site support and administration teams as requiredEssential RequirementsPrior experience in a similar receptionist or allied health administration role (required)Strong employment history demonstrating reliability and commitmentConfidence using computer systems and Microsoft 365Experience with practice management software (preferred)Excellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organised, punctual,
