About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner to work in a team delivering NDIS-funded, capacity-building supports to NDIS participants across Adelaide Hills.
You will work collaboratively with clients, families and professionals to support achievement of client goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence-based BSP supports and trainings aligned with NDIS goalsComplete assessments, plans and progress reportsSupport skill development across home, community and daily living settingsCollaborate with families and multidisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentation




About YouRecognised qualification in Behaviour Support or Developmental Education (or equivalent)Eligibility for professional membershipExperience with the NDISStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent Driver's Licence
Required ChecksNDIS Worker Screening Working With Children CheckRight to work in AustraliaTraining certifications relevent to the position and mandated by NDIS Code of Conduct
