About the role
Based in Pinjarra and reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, this workshop-based role has you carrying out servicing, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic fault-finding across our fleet and client equipment.
You'll work across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to work on a genuinely diverse fleet of mining and civil equipment, including Isuzu, CAT, Toyota, and more, in a busy but supportive team environment.
Our fleet is large and growing, with late model equipment that keeps the work wide-ranging and interesting.
About you
Hold a Nationally recognised Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
Previous experience servicing and maintaining heavy earthmoving plant & machinery
Experience working on Isuzu, CAT and/or Toyota equipment
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and fault-finding experience
Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals




High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Current WA Drivers Licence (HR desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
Desirable:
Experience with mine specification fit-outs
Forklift license

Day shifts only — no nights, no FIFO
Flexible roster: Monday–Friday or 10 days on / 4 days off
Workshop based in Pinjarra — home every night

Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia, be based in the Peel or Perth metro area, and be available to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
