Who We Are: Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join a busy and progressive workshop environment in Redcliffe, WA.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and can confidently identify and source the right parts and solutions.

$80,000 – $100,000 + Super, depending on experience Up to 6 additional flexi leave days per year
Long-term career development opportunities Supportive and progressive working environment Opportunity to join a well-established and growing organization Permanent full-time position About the Role Working as part of the parts team, your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with parts enquiries and requirements Identifying and sourcing the correct parts and components Providing accurate parts advice to customers and workshop personnel Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Identifying opportunities to increase parts sales Working towards agreed sales and performance targets Maintaining parts displays and merchandising Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control Participating in regular stocktakes Responding to and resolving customer enquiries Assisting with seasonal Saturday trading periods when required Participating in an on-call roster during peak periods We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace.Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter, Parts Sales, Agricultural Machinery or similar position will be highly regarded.
Candidates with a strong mechanical background who are enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
