SA-Based Electrician + Trade Assistant Travel TeamSpend Around Half the Year at Home — And Still Receive Your Travel AllowanceTagteam Australia is a national electrical contracting company specialising in Electrical, Fire Services and HVAC maintenance throughout Australia.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a South Australian-based Qualified Electrician and Trade Assistant team to join our national travelling maintenance team.This is NOT a FIFO role.This role has been specifically structured to offer something very different from a traditional travelling position.
THE BIG DIFFERENCEAs a South Australian-based team, you can expect to spend approximately half the year working in South Australia and living at home, with the balance travelling throughout Australia completing scheduled maintenance programs for our national clients.And here's the real advantage:Your travel allowance continues to be paid whether you are travelling interstate or living and working from home in South Australia.That means for around half the year you could be:Living in your own home.Sleeping in your own bed.Working locally.And still receiving your travel allowance.For the remainder of the year, when travelling for Tagteam, your accommodation and applicable travel expenses are also covered.This creates a unique chance for an established two-person team who enjoys travelling Australia but doesn't want to permanently live on the road.The ideal team may be a couple, father and son, siblings, family members or an already-established work partnership who enjoy working together and want a different lifestyle.
ABOUT THE ROLEYou will work together completing scheduled maintenance, testing, repairs and service works for Tagteam's major national clients.Our programs operate throughout South Australia and across Australia, meaning you'll experience a wide variety of locations,



sites and customers.You will need to be comfortable working autonomously, managing your daily workload and representing Tagteam professionally at all times.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORThe Electrician must:
Hold a current A Grade Electrical Licence
Hold a Construction White Card
Have strong electrical service and maintenance experience
Have excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsBoth team members must:
Be based in South Australia
Be willing and able to travel throughout Australia
Have a proven ability to work effectively together
Provide excellent customer service
Be comfortable using tablets and Windows-based applications
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Take pride in their work
Be proactive about workplace safety
Hold a current driver's licence
Be able to pass a Police Check
