With continued growth across our business, we're looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our Operations Team.
Join Our TeamThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of scheduling but wants exposure to the broader building and construction environment.
You'll be at the heart of our Operations Team, coordinating the workflow of multiple trades and contractors across a diverse portfolio of work and clients throughout Perth.
You'll enjoy the variety of:
Scheduling & workflow coordination across multiple in-house trades and contractors
Client coordination & communication across scheduling, site access, attendance and delivery
Daily workflow & job completion, keeping current and outstanding works progressing
Forward planning & operational readiness, including resources, materials, plant and equipment
WHS & compliance coordination, including site requirements, SWMS, permits, inductions and technician competencies
Operational collaboration with Estimators, Schedulers, Supervisors and field teams
Based at our Malaga office, you'll be part of the engine room of Trayd's operations, connecting our clients, trades and Operations Team and helping turn a diverse pipeline of work into well-planned, professionally delivered outcomes.
About YouExperience is important, but so is the way you work with people.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident engaging with both field, subcontractor, client and office teams.
You're comfortable working in a busy operational environment, can prioritise what needs attention and bring together the people and information needed to keep the day running smoothly.
You will bring:
Scheduling Experience: 2+ year experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, administration, facilities management or service delivery within trades, maintenance, or construction highly regarded.
Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of trade workflows, job sequencing, site requirements and construction terminology.
Systems Capability: Confident using job management and scheduling systems; AroFlo experience highly regarded.
Confident across Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and Word
WHS & Compliance: Working knowledge of site access, inductions, SWMS, permits and trade competency requirements.
Planning & Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, resources and competing priorities within operational timeframes.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills across clients, technicians, contractors and internal teams
Technical Detail: Ability to interpret scopes of work, job documentation, plans and specifications.
Certificate or Degree qualification preferred.
Accuracy: Strong attention to detail across scheduling, job records and operational documentation.
