About Us
Prestige Homes & Granny Flats is a growing residential building company specialising in new homes and granny flats.
We are seeking an experienced, organised and personable Client Liaison & Pre-Start Coordinator to join our team at our Port Kennedy office.
This is a varied, client-focused role responsible for supporting our clients throughout the pre-start and pre-construction stages of their building journey, while also assisting with new enquiries and general office coordination.
About the Role
As our Client Liaison & Pre-Start Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and will help ensure their project progresses smoothly from contract through to construction.
You will coordinate pre-start appointments, selections, documentation and client approvals while working closely with our drafting, estimating, administration and construction teams.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident dealing with clients.
You will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages and following up outstanding information to keep jobs progressing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-start and pre-construction process
Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
Respond to and assist with new client enquiries
Book and coordinate client appointments
Coordinate and conduct pre-start appointments




Guide clients through colour, fixture, fitting and product selections
Liaise with clients regarding plans, specifications and selections
Prepare and maintain pre-start documentation
Accurately record client selections, changes and requests
Coordinate information required for variations and addenda
Follow up outstanding selections, approvals and documentation
Liaise with drafting, estimating, administration, suppliers and construction
Ensure client files, records and notes are accurate and up to date
Track pre-construction requirements and outstanding items
Assist with contract and pre-construction documentation
Provide clients with regular updates
Maintain appointment calendars and schedules
Prepare client correspondence and documentation
Assist with general office administration as required
Ensure clients receive a professional and positive experience throughout their building journey
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional when dealing with clients
Friendly and approachable
Excellent on the phone and face-to-face
Robust in written and verbal communication
Proactive and excellent at following up




Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working to deadlines
Able to prioritise tasks effectively
Confident using computer-based systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, accountable and committed to providing excellent customer service
Previous experience within residential construction, new homes, pre-start, client liaison, building administration or selections would be highly regarded.
Experience reading building plans and working with specifications, variations, addenda and client selections would be a strong advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday8:00am–4:30pm
This is an office-based position located in Port Kennedy, WA.
No weekend work.
