If you're confident working with numbers, enjoy keeping things organised and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you Job RequirementsPrevious experience in a finance administration roleStrong data entry skills and attention to detailIntermediate / Advanced Excel skillsIntermediate proficiency using MS Office packagesUnderstanding of basic accounting proceduresFlexible and well organised with strong time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role within the mining, construction, or engineering spaceDuties include:Job reconciliation research, follow up, and clear outstanding items within deadlinesIdentifying missing and/or inaccurate information and liaise with stakeholders to close gapRaise and follow up on invoices, with support from Head OfficeRaising and follow up PO's and receipting, as required in accordance with Company requirementsMaintain database, files,



and other recordsEnsure all internal queries and requests are answered accurately and quicklyProvide additional administrative support to the Finance team, as requiredPrevious experience in a similar role within the mining, construction, or engineering spaceWhat we offer / Why join Fenner?
