Where this new classification level results in a remuneration level that is higher than that advertised, the new remuneration level will apply.
Where the current classification level results in a remuneration level that is lower than the advertised remuneration, the remuneration associated with the advertised classification level under the SA School and Preschool Education Staff Enterprise Agreement **** will apply.
The successful applicant will be able to negotiate a reduction in the advertised tenure following their appointment, if required.
