Our goal is to empower participants by providing efficient, accurate, and personalised plan management services.We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Plan Management Finance Officer to join our growing team.
This role is a key point of contact for participants, providers, and support coordinators, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.If you enjoy helping people, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Plan Management Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in managing participants' NDIS funding accurately and efficiently.
You will support participants throughout their NDIS journey, process invoices and payments, and build positive relationships with providers and support coordinators.Key ResponsibilitiesReview invoices and service agreements in accordance with NDIS requirements and participant plansProcess invoices accurately and efficientlyRespond to enquiries from participants, providers, and support coordinators via phone and emailLiaise with providers to clarify invoice and service agreement details when requiredSupport new participants through the onboarding processMaintain accurate participant records and documentationProvide skilled, friendly support and assist participants in understanding the plan management processContribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and participant experiencesAbout YouYou are someone who is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering exceptional service.
You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a supportive team environment.Skills and ExperienceStrong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help peopleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracyStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeConfidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and learning new software systemsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPrevious experience in Plan Management and knowledge of Entiprius software is highly regarded but not essentialCertificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting is desirable but not essentialCompliance RequirementsCurrent Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Why Join KD Plan Management?
