We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and play an important role in keeping our care services running smoothly.
This is a varied role where you'll bring together scheduling, administration and compliance to help ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time.
You'll maintain employee rosters, respond to client needs and work closely with our Associated Providers to establish and manage service agreements.
You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of ageing Australians by helping coordinate the people and services that support them - from their day-to-day care and living needs through to ensuring their external supports are safe, compliant and delivered to a high standard.
This is a full-time office administration position based in Welshpool.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain employee rosters for Clients and Caregivers, ensuring shifts are filled and aligned with each client's preferences and needs
Monitor the shared email inbox, responding to scheduling requests and coordinating with the Client Experience team
Monitor and action email and phone requests relating to new or changes to schedules
Assist with payroll and billing processes by verifying shifts and Caregiver travel
Prepare, review and manage service agreements with Associated Providers
Monitor Associated Provider performance and conduct annual reviews, providing feedback on service delivery, invoicing and communication
Maintain compliance across all Associated Providers and communicate any areas of non-compliance to the team
Monitor and lodge feedback from all stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with other administration tasks as required
Provide after-hours phone support on a rotational basis
About you
You're organised, proactive and comfortable working in a role where priorities can change throughout the day.
You enjoy keeping things on track, paying attention to the details and working with people to find practical solutions.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in rostering or scheduling
Experience arranging agreements and interacting with vendors or service providers
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
Excellent organisation skills, adaptability and a strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with the MS Office Suite and confidence learning new software and systems
