ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a friendly, energetic all-rounder to join our Smithfield team.
You'll help customers at the counter, pick and pack orders, load goods and lend a hand wherever it's needed.
It's a busy, hands-on role, so you'll enjoy being on the go and working as part of a close-knit team.
Our store is open from 6.00 am to 4.30 pm, five days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Helping customers with sales, orders and product questions
Getting to know our range through regular training with leading brands
Picking and preparing orders accurately and on time
Lending a hand across the store when needed
Keeping an eye on stock levels so our customers can get what they need
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A friendly, helpful approach and a genuine focus on customers
Experience safely loading,



unloading and looking after stock
The fitness to safely lift and manually handle goods
Good attention to detail and pride in getting things right
A strong commitment to keeping yourself, your team and visitors safe
A current LF forklift licence — this is essential
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in
