Junior Kitchen Hand – Full Time
Next Door Espresso is looking for a reliable, energetic Junior Kitchen Hand to join our BOH team.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in hospitality, learn from experienced chefs and develop their kitchen skills.
The role includes:
Dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
Basic food prep and food handling
Making açaí bowls, milkshakes and other items
Assisting chefs during service
Restocking fridges, cold rooms and kitchen stations
Receiving and moving produce and stock
General kitchen cleaning and organisation
We're looking for someone who:
Has a excellent attitude and strong work ethic
Is happy to get stuck in — including doing dishes!
Is reliable, punctual and works well in a team




Can work quickly in a busy environment
Is physically capable of lifting and moving produce boxes and stock
Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and organised
Is keen to learn and build a career in hospitality
Experience isn't essential — attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important to us.
Monday–Friday position with full-time hours available for the right person.
Free staff meal on eligible shifts.
