About the Role
We're looking for a confident and friendly Telemarketer & Lead Generator to join our growing team in our beachfront Broadbeach office.
In this role, you'll be speaking with people who are already open to having a conversation, introducing them to our services, and generating qualified leads for our team.
This is not a hard-selling position — it's all about building rapport, creating interest, and helping people take the next step.
Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Potential to Earn Up to $1,500 Per Week
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound telephone calls
Engage in friendly, professional conversations with prospective clients
Identify opportunities and create interest in our services
Accurately record information and appointment outcomes
Work closely with the team to achieve weekly targets
About You
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, positive, and people-focused attitude
Confident speaking on the phone
Solid listening and rapport-building skills




Motivated to achieve results and earn bonuses
