We're looking for a Loan Processor to join the growing team at Loan Market Payneham.
You'll play a key role in supporting our brokers with the end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the broker from loan submission through to settlement
Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other third parties to keep deals on track
Manage client documentation and compliance requirements
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organised digital files
Provide timely updates and clear communication at every stage of the loan process
Contribute to improving internal systems and team efficiency
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a mortgage broker support, loan processing, or banking/finance admin role




Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
A proactive, team-focused approach and commitment to great customer service
