About the role
Kiddie Academy is seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team in Parkes, NSW.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and development of young children, delivering a high-quality educational program that nurtures their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

What you'll be doing
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, fostering a sense of trust and open communication
Collaborate with the wider childcare team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to children's learning and development
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families




Passion for promoting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve teaching practices
Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
