Civil Superintendents
to join a major project team on an
8/6 FIFO roster from Perth
.
This is not a short-term shutdown or project with an uncertain finish — you'll be stepping into an
ongoing 4-year project
with genuine stability and the opportunity to make your mark.
The Opportunity
As Civil Superintendent, you'll take a key leadership role on site, overseeing civil construction activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
Our client is a well-established Civil Contractor that has been operating successfully for over 25 years and are experiencing enormous growth.
But we all know in order to grow you need good people!
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors
Coordinate daily site activities, labour and equipment
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site leadership




Drive a strong safety culture across the project
Identify and resolve site issues before they impact the program
Ensure construction activities meet project schedules and standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Civil Superintendent / Senior Civil Supervisor
Strong civil construction experience
Demonstrated ability to lead large crews and subcontractors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong understanding of safety, quality and construction processes
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced project environment
Current Australian work rights
Perth-based and available for an
8/6 FIFO roster
