Senior Finance Officer
on a
permanent basis.
Based in
Perth
, this newly created role presents a rare opportunity to join a business in an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and Founder to play a pivotal role in shaping the Accounts & Payroll processes.
You will be doing a wide variety of tasks across multiple entities from processing invoices up to trial balance - day in day out.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
Maintain accurate financial records and support year-end accounting and tax processes.
Assist management with financial planning and operational forecasting.
Review and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
About You:




3+ years experience within a multi-entity commercial environment or Accounting Practice.
Experience operating at Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant level.
Experienced in intercompany transactions & reconciliations.
Demonstrated success in driving business improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Outgoing & personable character who actives wants to contribute to a fun work culture.
