Venue Manager – Join a Growing Hospitality Group
We're looking for an experienced and driven Venue Manager to lead one of our venues and play a key role in a hospitality group that's expanding and investing in its people, product, and culture.
With three established venues and more on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and make a genuine impact.
About the Role
As Venue Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.
You'll be accountable for:
Leading, developing, and inspiring a large front-of-house team
Driving service standards and guest experience across all areas of the venue
Managing rosters, labour costs, and productivity
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ensuring compliance with RSA,



licensing, and health & safety requirements
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
Working closely with senior leadership on business performance and growth
Building a strong, engaged team culture
About You
You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of your team.
You will bring:
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader
Strong operational and financial management skills
The ability to lead large teams in high-volume environments
A hands-on approach with a strong presence on the floor
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
