The exciting opportunity as our Director of Nursing Focus on managing daily operations at our 87-bed Canberra aged care home in Lyneham Oversight of the budget; optimise revenue and manage costs to achieve organisational targets Manage the roster; ensure adequate staffing levels to meet consumers' needs and care minute requirements Maximise occupancy by building valuable connections with external stakeholders Lead and develop a high performing clinical and operations team and uphold the established positive workplace culture Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining productive relationships with residents and their families and managing feedback Create and implement quality initiatives to support a culture of continuous improvement and achieve accreditation compliance Maintain an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents,
