PART - TIME (could lead to full time) Join Our Dynamic Admin Team – Support For Psychology Practices Australia Wide.

We are a highly respected and passionate administration team providing exceptional support to independent psychologists across Australia.
Based in Broadmeadow, NSW, we are looking for a part time (this could potentially move to full time) Administration Assistant to join us.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the smiling friendly voice assisting psychologists with administration duties in house and also virtually for our clients across Australia.
You'll need to be quick-thinking, highly organised, and tech-savvy, with excellent attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
Approximately ******* hours per week.
Essential skills and equipment:
Strong knowledge of Halaxy OR Zanda (Power Diary) PLEASE DON'T APPLY if you have not used at least one of these platforms.
Atleast one year's experience is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in psychology or medical/allied health administration is required.
Sound knowledge of computer to troubleshoot computer issues as they occur.
Must be a team player, with strong communication skills.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Advantageous - knowledge of PracSuite, Cliniko, Best Practice and communication via Slack.
Key Responsibilities:




Answering phones and handling enquiries professionally
Managing psychologist diaries – scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Conducting intake calls for potential new clients
Processing payments and Medicare rebates
Liaising with Medicare to resolve issues
Communicating effectively with psychologists and team members

✅ Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management✅ Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion✅ A warm and welcoming presence, even in challenging situations✅ Solid computer skills – Windows, Outlook, and scheduling software✅ Excellent phone manner and communication skills✅ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, hourly.
