What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Documenting children's learning and development through observations, portfolios, and other assessment tools
Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Mentoring and supporting other educators in the centre
Ensuring a secure, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Actively participating in centre operations, staff meetings, and professional development
What we're looking for
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, ideally 3+ years
Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or similar role
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
