About the role
OPS-1 As an Operational Services Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of laboratory services.
You'll sort and accession specimens in line with established protocols, complete accurate data entry, assist with specimen preparation, storage and transport, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
You'll also be a friendly and professional first point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to enquiries with care, accuracy and a helpful approach.
OPS-2 As an Operational Services Officer within Pre-Analytical Services, you'll play an important role in supporting quality pathology services and positive patient experiences.
You'll provide caring, professional customer service across phlebotomy, specimen collection and administration, while accurately managing patient and testing information through laboratory information systems.
You'll help ensure every specimen is handled with care and precision, from receiving and sorting through to preliminary preparation, storage and transport under defined conditions.
Working as part of a cooperative team,



you'll contribute to the timely delivery of quality samples for testing and respond to internal and external enquiries with a helpful, professional approach.
