Over the years, Yoni Steam Australia has expanded from wellness centers to dedicated spaces for private steam sessions, at-home practice guidance, and workshops.
The business now offers recognized Yoni Steaming Practitioner training through IICT, equipping people to hold space and support others on their own healing journeys.
Our practitioner training has now been seen as our core product offering, moving away from 1-on-1 clients to create a deeper and broader impact at the same time.
We are looking for someone to assist with not only finding and directing traffic to this core product but also to help us shape and brand us as educators in this very-niche, very important space.
Our founder is also wanting a complete personal re-brand alongside this to align the aesthetic & with the values of our company.
The team is guided by a heart-centered intention that the right people will be drawn to this work and encourages everyone to feel like a goddess in human form.
Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a part time opportunity & is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that reflects the brand's values and supports community connection.
Most of the topics and content may be pre-recorded and you'll be given access to files to edit, clean up add captions, descriptions text etc.
Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, designing posts and stories, writing captions,



and monitoring engagement across platforms.
The specialist will collaborate with the team to promote upcoming events, deals or projects using digital marketing strategies to increase reach and nurture audience relationships.
We are not huge believers in using AI for imagery or captions and would like to keep an authentic human voice, in which we are happy work alongside you to provide this so you're not taking 'stabs in the dark'.
We are happy to use automation for messaging services etc.
The role also includes tracking performance metrics, responding to comments and messages in a supportive tone, and recommending content or campaigns that amplify the company's mission.
QualificationsSocial Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.Communication skills for engaging online communities Able to understand and implement plans while collaborating with the team.Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, including analytics and content scheduling tools.Understanding of wellness, holistic health, particularly in women's health spaces, with sensitivity to diverse personal journeys, understanding and loving this practice is also appealing for candidates.Ability to create inclusive content aligned with brand values.Strong writing and visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand voice.Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles; relevant training or certification is an advantage.Understanding Meta metrics of paid Ads and reporting on ROI is also preferred for when we plan to create paid ads in the near future, once our socials are re-branded and tidied up.
We are open to freelancers and casual work basis as long as KPI's are met, these will be discussed should you recieve an interview.
