This role lets you focus on what great recruiters enjoy most, building relationships, finding exceptional technology talent, and helping people take the next step in their careers.
You'll work alongside experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants with established clients, giving you the chance to learn how to attract top talent, write job ads that people want to read, headhunt candidates who aren't actively looking, and use AI to recruit smarter, not harder.
What you'll get Recruitment is changing fast.
AI is changing how recruiters source candidates, write job ads, manage talent pools and engage with people.
We'll teach you how to use these tools to work smarter, while never losing the human side of recruitment.
You'll learn from experienced recruiters who've spent years building trusted relationships across Tasmania's technology community.
You'll see how we approach clients, how we qualify roles, how we interview candidates and, most importantly, how we build long-term relationships rather than chasing quick wins.
You'll work on interesting roles across Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Project Services and anything in Technology.
No two days are the same.
We offer the flexibility of three days in the office and two days working from home, because we believe collaboration matters, but so does balance.
And because great work deserves to be rewarded, you'll earn market-leading commission while focusing on the part of recruitment you enjoy most.
What you'll be doing You'll own the candidate journey from start to finish.




That means sourcing and interviewing candidates, building talent pipelines, writing candidate profiles, managing recruitment processes and keeping candidates informed every step of the way.
You'll become the trusted person candidates remember, not just another recruiter who calls when there's a job.
As your experience grows, so will your opportunities.

Agency recruitment experience would be ideal, particularly in technology, but we're also open to recruiters from other specialist markets who are keen to learn.
