About the role
Welcome Ready is seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast team.
Working across a portfolio of short-term accommodation properties, this varied role combines property operations, owner and guest relations, maintenance coordination, bookings and operational support.
You'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2-3 days each week, with the remainder spent working alongside the team from our beautiful coastal office in Noosa – offering a working environment that genuinely embraces the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property, owner and guest requirements
Coordinate bookings, check-ins, check-outs and guest communications
Manage owner enquiries, requests and property updates
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, trades and contractors
Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs
Support new property onboarding and property requirements
Maintain accurate property, booking and operational records




Assist with reporting and broader property operations
What we're looking for
Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Short-Term Accommodation or Holiday Rentals
Robust organisation, communication and time management skills
Confidence working with owners, guests, contractors and competing priorities
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Strong systems and technology capability
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Current driver's licence and ability to attend properties as required
Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, HostAI, Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO will be highly regarded.
