We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on Leading Hand to join our production team and help drive our operations forward.
The Role As a Leading Hand, you will oversee our daily filling and packaging operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
You will balance supervisory duties with physical, on-the-ground tasks to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision: Guide and support filling teams to meet daily production targets.Workflow Optimization: Maintain a smooth, continuous flow of materials and finished goods.Plant Maintenance: Perform basic machinery troubleshooting and routine preventative maintenance.Logistics Support: Complete store runs and coordinate raw materials for production lines.Quality Control:
