Previous experience in a similar role




Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to support kitchen operations, prep, and service
High standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Cooks
Experience working in a café or commercial kitchen
Good understanding of food preparation and service
Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
Team-focused with a positive attitude
